A deposit may be required before work starts.
Final payment is required before order pickup, delivery, or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation or delayed delivery.

3. Custom Products and No Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final once production has begun.
No refunds or exchanges are provided for custom-made items unless there is a defect caused by our production process.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork, spelling, or design approval.

Minor variations in color, size, or placement may occur and are considered normal in custom production.

4. Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers affirm that they have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, or designs submitted to Gallardo’s Custom Grafiix.

Gallardo’s Custom Grafiix is not responsible for verifying trademark ownership or usage rights.

By submitting artwork, you grant us permission to reproduce and modify the design solely for the purpose of producing your order.

5. Production Time and Deadlines

Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

6. Shipping and Pickup
